“GAY PARTY MALTA”

It’s easy to refer to any queer party as a gay party – it’s a familiar shorthand, and one that’s been used across nightlife for years. But for us, the word queer feels closer to what we’ve been building from day one.

Queer leaves room. It’s open, fluid, and reflective of the mix of people, identities, expressions, and experiences that come together on our dancefloor. NERVE was never designed around one label or one audience – it was created as a shared space where community comes first and everyone is welcome to exist as they are.

So, is NERVE a gay party?

Yes, and so much more. If you’re looking for a gay party in Malta, you’ve found one: NERVE has been throwing gay and queer pop parties since 2022. Gay, lesbian, bi, trans, non-binary, queer, and everyone who loves us. If you came to dance and to let everyone else be exactly who they are, you belong here.

What a NERVE night looks like

Big pop anthems from start to finish, drag that makes your jaw drop, bold fashion themes and a crowd that screams every lyric. Our stage has welcomed RuPaul’s Drag Race UK queens like A’Whora, Vanity Milan and Tomara Thomas, alongside Malta’s own drag talent and DJs who always understand the assignment.

Where and when

We throw a party every few months at venues around Malta, most recently Marrakech and The Club House at Gianpula Village. In September we keep Malta Pride going with our Pride after-party, and back in 2023 we were the official EuroPride after-party. Missed a night?
